Rates
We offer free shipping within Canada for all orders over $500 that are shipped to a single address. For the USA, all orders over $1000, shipped to a single address, are shipped for free. For orders less than $500, shipping is a flat rate of $20 per shipping address within Canada and $25 for the United States.
For international orders, we charge a flat rate of $99 per shipment for most destinations. Should your destination not qualify for this rate we will contact you immediately, advise you of any additional charges, and give you the option to cancel or proceed with your order.
Times
Every item is customized according to your requirements and made to order. It will be set into production when your order is placed. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the order at that time. Shipping times vary according to the item ordered and follow the guidelines listed below:
Fair Trade Gold: Ships in 10-14 Days from the date of order.
Fair Trade Platinum: Ships in 2-4 Weeks from the date of order.
Certified Recycled Metals: Ships in 10-14 Days from the date of order.
Recycled Metals: Ships within 7-10 Days from the date of order.
When you place your order, you will get an invoice mailed to you with an order number. When your item ships, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number from either Federal Express or UPS. All of our outgoing shipments are insured against loss.
Orders picked up in store can sometimes be ready in as little as 3-4 days.
