Starting with a classic shape, one of our made-to-measure designs, or any sources of inspiration you may have, our designers will work with you to create an incredible piece of bespoke jewellery that will take her breath away.

The diamond
All our rings are set with certified Canadian diamonds, the world standard for guaranteed conflict-free sparkle.
Should you already have a diamond – from an heirloom ring or prior purchase – we would be happy to set it for you. Ask us for details.
Loaner Rings
We have an extensive selection of sample engagement rings that you can purchase for $250 and use for your proposal. It's a risk-free option. You don't have to worry about the style of ring, size or shape of diamond because the ring she ends up with will be made to order, according to your budget.
When she says YES, you can both come in together and shop for the style of ring she'll love for life. And your $250 gets credited against your purchase when you return the sample.
You can drop in any time when we're open to choose your loaner ring. You'll leave with the ring, a nice box and safe in the knowledge that upon your return, you're in good hands.

Every bespoke ring is made from your choice of 100% Fairtrade Fairmined Ecological, Fairtrade Fairmined, or Clear® Recycled gold or platinum. Find out more about our metals.
Peace of Mind
Your custom ring is important to you and important to us. That's why we include one year of comprehensive insurance against dammage, loss, theft and even mysterious disappearance at no extra charge. It's one of the many things that set us apart. Learn More..
Budget
The cost of a custom ring by FTJCo varies by your choice of metal:
Gold
- Fairtrade Fairmined Ecological: $3,500
- Fairtrade Fairmined: $3,000
- Clear® UNMINED Recycled: $2,500
Platinum
- Fairtrade Fairmined Ecological: $5,000
- Clear® UNMINED Recycled: $3,500
All prices include design and wax modelling by our designer goldsmiths, two design meetings and the production of the finished ring. These prices cover 95% of engagement ring designs; some designs that are exceptionally large or heavy will be quoted.
Diamonds range from $795 for a quarter-carat stone of good quality to $13,000 for a whole-carat stone of exceptional quality and cut. Diamonds are of course available in larger sizes also, as well as a variety of shapes. We are pleased to use your diamond where possible; as well, we offer recycled diamonds that have been unset, refurbished and re-certified from old jewellery.

Timing
Production and finishing by our European-trained master goldsmiths takes up to three weeks after your design is complete.
We have loaner rings and diamond holders available for you if you are planning to propose sooner or would like to design the ring together.
Fairtrade Fairmined (Ecological) platinum is a very scarce metal, with usable quantities becoming available only sporadically. We currently anticipate a six month wait for rings produced with this material, which requires waitlisting.
